Payment data
When you buy the packet, payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. Stripe collects the data needed to take the payment (such as billing details and card information) as an independent processor under its own privacy policy. We receive only the limited order data required to deliver the packet (amount, currency, the case figures attached to the order, and payment status).

Modelo 210 Desk is a preparation aid for a narrow self-service lane. The product helps an individual non-resident owner check whether a simple Spanish property case fits the supported scope, then prepare a review packet before using AEAT directly.
The service does not file Modelo 210, represent the user before the Spanish tax authority, choose a tax position, manage penalties, or replace a qualified adviser. Unsupported cases stop before checkout so the paid packet stays limited to facts the product is designed to handle.
Users remain responsible for verifying their documents, cadastral value, ownership share, residence category, deadlines, payment method, and final AEAT submission.
